Our internship program is built to do one thing well: give you a real seat at a real desk. From your first week you'll work alongside experienced brokers, learning how markets move, how relationships are built, and how trades are executed with the pace and precision our clients expect.
Over the programme you'll rotate across commodities, sit in on client conversations, and take on responsibility as you earn it. You'll be supported every step of the way, but trusted to develop your own style. We'll teach you the fundamentals - products, pricing, risk, and settlement - and surround you with people who genuinely want you to succeed. Along the way you'll join market events, meet clients, and build the network that will carry your career forward.
We're looking for curious, commercially minded people who thrive on pace and challenge. You don't need to arrive knowing the markets inside out - but you'll be analytical, confident with people, quick to learn, and motivated to understand what drives them.
