Arrow Energy Markets has evolved significantly. What began as an ambitious energy markets business has grown into an international organisation, operating from five offices around the world and bringing together a team of around 120 talented people.

Our reach is broader. Our expertise is deeper. Our capabilities have expanded. And the scale, complexity and ambition of the clients and markets we support continues to grow.

Today, we’re proud to introduce a new identity for AEM - created to reflect that evolution and give us a brand that represents the quality, confidence and ambition of the business we have become.

For us, this was never simply about changing how AEM looks. It was about creating an identity that communicates who we are more effectively.

At the centre of the identity is a bold new AEM marque. Inspired by the form of a crest, it represents the quality, reliability and confidence that underpin our reputation. Within it, an arrow creates a sense of energy and forward momentum — reflecting our dynamic approach, responsiveness and determination to keep moving our clients and our business forward. Together, these elements create a distinctive symbol of trust, progress and ambition.

The wider visual language builds on that idea. A deep, sophisticated colour palette gives the brand confidence and authority, while distinctive typography, graphic forms, imagery and movement introduce energy and personality. Together, they create an identity that feels established and credible, but also progressive, contemporary and ready for what comes next.

Our new website brings that thinking into the digital experience, creating a clearer and more engaging way to explore our people, services, expertise and global capabilities. It gives AEM a platform that can grow alongside the business and communicate our story consistently across markets and locations.
